Elliot’s first opened its doors in Phibsborough in the summer of 2022.

Named after our son Elliot, we started off as a team of three with a tiny kitchen. We were warmly welcomed by our new neighbourhood and quickly realised we needed more hands. Our kitchen team grew to three, with Amie at the helm, and before long we started to run out of production space, selling out earlier and earlier every weekend!

In the Autumn of 2024, we opened a second location in a former ceramics production studio on Arran Street East. It gave us the space we needed to grow our amazing team, get some new toys and finally be able to make more bread and pastries to feed more of our lovely customers, as well as supply our two cafe’s (Oxmantown)
